Beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in walking distance to the beach, The apartment is located in Punta Prima which is just a short walk down to Punta Prima beach and the fantastic Nautilus restaurant. There is a large terrace area which can be accessed from both the living area and the main bedroom. It is beautifully furnished with a comfy living area and there is both UK & Spanish TV and a DVD player with films to watch Behind the apartment building is the communal area and swimming pool. There is also underground parking available. Just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment you will find many international restaurants from local Spanish Tapas to MacDonalds. There is a new commercial centre nearby with fantastic bars and restaurants. The area is also served with medical centres, hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. Attractions close by include La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, Aquapolis Water Park, numerous Golf Courses and of course the beaches on the Mediterranean. Edificio Holanda There is a bus stop outside the apartment which takes you to the nearby town of Torrevieja which a beautiful seafront and walkway to the harbour with international restaurants and bars.
