The space
This 2 bedroomed apartment offers a very flexible layout in that each bedroom can be configured with twin beds or they can be zipped together making a large double. A stylish and modern kitchen connects to a large sitting room with modern lighting and smart TV.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
There is parking in the gated private area for one vehicle in a car port. Additional parking is possible in the street.
The house is a few minutes walk away from the bus stop with a regular service to Chichester/Brighton and Portsmouth. Fishbourne train station is a short walk away with trains to Havant & Portsmouth and Chichester, London and Brighton.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
Please note that commercial vans are not allowed in the private car park but there is parking available on the side of the lane.
