Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted. - Please note that the rates for this residence have been reduced due to construction activity on the street. By booking this residence, you are agreeing to possible construction noise during regular business hours Mondays through Friday. NO further refund will be issued. - This residence does not have A/C. - Northstar/Vail is requiring reservations to ski/snowboard at their resort for the 2020/21 season.
