Upstairs you will find a full kitchen that opens onto a large living area with a river stone fireplace that is great to gather around when the weather is cool outside. Just outside is a large deck that wraps around the front and side of the home and is ideally suited for fun summer BBQ's. On the ground level is another enclosed deck area with your own private hot tub. This home also comes with enough bikes for everyone to enjoy rides around the resort.

3 Bunker offers guests easy access to the Woodlands Golf Course. The Village at Sunriver and the SHARC pools are just a 10-minute drive south and offer fun shopping, dining, recreation, and children's entertainment options. When you are ready to explore outside of Sunriver, Mt. Bachelor and the Deschutes River are both just a short drive away.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
