Within walking distance, you'll find dozens of breweries, local restaurants, and coffee shops to fuel your mornings. If you're feeling adventurous, cross the river to explore the beautiful city of Portland for the day. Once you arrive home, enjoy the fully-equipped onsite gym, shared lounge spaces, and tranquil courtyards.
THINGS TO KNOW
• Parking Garages are located nearby. Spaces can be purchased monthly, based on availability.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Please note that this unit does not have cable TV; there is a SmartTV and internet only.
• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• 1 standard indoor garage space is available, $160.00/month, per spot. REACH OUT TO HOST for details.
• This unit doesn't allow any pets.
