This artsy 1 bedroom/1 bath condo with equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Easy & comfortably decorated with changing art from the owner depending on what she's selling or showing each month. We invite you to come stay with us in our studio that sleeps 2 (Queen 4-poster bed)...with all the amenities you could need. We are located near Tulane and Loyola, great for visiting families! Also, just a few blocks from Audubon Park (great for long walks, runs or bike rides), Audubon Zoo, Magazine street with fun casual or fancy restaurants and bars within walking distance), public transportation (can take you to the French Quarter in about 10-15 minutes). Across from Children's Hospital, we are only 2 blocks to the entrance, or about 2 miles to Ochsner Hospital.
We have off street parking right in front of our house. The bedroom features a 4 post bed, wifi, tv (need your own Roku or firestick to connect), and a comfortable reading chair with lamp. In the other room we have a dining table in the corner, and an island to either eat from or use to prepare your food. We have all the accessories you need in the kitchen and a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom. If you find that there is something missing, then please let us know and we'll try to accommodate you the best we can. We live right next door and can let you borrow anything we have that you need.
