Brilliantly located in Shoreditch just 2 minutes walk from Hoxton Overground station and bus routes, with 10mins bus ride to Liverpool St Station.
Every guest gets our personally written local area guide - with our favourite cafe's, restaurants, gyms and other hidden things to do, and anything else you need please ask.
2 double bedrooms, each with one double sized bed (UK 135x190cm).
Professionally laundered hotel quality bedding and fluffy towels.
1 bathroom, with over-bath shower.
Living room with large sofa, easy chair, TV.
Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven/grill, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer.
Basic food items.
Large balcony with simple seating.
Also included - Wifi, iron and ironing board, washing machine dryer, hair dryer.
CAR PARKING SPACE
3rd floor walk up (no lift) but with wide bright stairs.
Residential block - quiet time between 9pm and 8am.
Check-in 3pm, Check out by 10am (or message us if different times are needed).
Please check with us first if you want to bring a pet.
