Mariners Landing has it all - gorgeous views, family fun amenities, and more! Make yourself at home in our Studio bedroom condo.
This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the 2nd building - Mariners Landing: The Pointe. This condo features a Studio bedroom and a full bath. There is a Queen bed - perfect for up to 2 guests. The kitchenette is equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into bathing towels. Please note that this is not Lake View.
All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental.
Our front desk is here to help you check in or arrange to get you the keys to your unit if you are a late arrival. We are also here to help if you have any other questions or concerns.
Mariners Landing Hospitality is located in a private golf and residential community tucked away in a cove on Smith Mountain Lake.
We are located off of highways such as 122 and 24 and Mile marker C6 by water. We have free parking in our lot on site. We are nearby main highways and routes to get to restaurants, water sports, and sight seeing on and off the water. We are located approximately 45 minutes from both Roanoke and Lynchburg airports.
There are highways nearby and mile markers on the lake to get you to nearby restaurants, gift shops, and sight seeing. We have boat rentals on site through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals (a branch of Bridgewater Marina). We have a restaurant on site, The Landing, please check their website for hours. Please note that the closest full grocery store (Food Lion) is 10-12 minutes away and a convenience store with a deli about 3 minutes away. When our restaurant is not open or for different style restaurants, the Westlake area has the majority of the lake's restaurants and activities that is about 20 minutes away. All things listed are easy to get to as we can give guests a guide for attractions and restaurants.
