The Hafjell Bike Park offers several trails with varying degrees of difficulty, as well as a bike school and bike rental. In winter, there are groomed cross-country ski trails close to the house, as well as an Alpine center nearby. For more activities and experiences, it's a short drive to Lillehammer, which has stores, restaurants and museums to offer. The Maihaugen Museum is also definitely worth a visit. Otherwise, it's a short walk to Hunderfossen Family Park as well as Lilleputthammer, with a great park for the little ones.
