Here you can spend your relaxing vacation in summer as well as in winter. Brotterode has an approx. 700 m long downhill slope. This is especially suitable for beginners or families with small skiers. In addition to the downhill slope, Brotterode also has cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and a toboggan run. In summer you can go hiking or visit the nearby outdoor swimming pool.
