This impressive double fronted building can be found just under a mile from Southport’s main promenade. Perfect for low key groups and families, the living area is furnished with modern, comfortable seating and a Smart TV for everyone’s entertainment. Moving into the kitchen/diner, you’ll find a dining table and breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals throughout the day and adjacent to the kitchen is a superb sauna where you can relax and unwind.
Moving to the first floor, you’ll discover three double bedrooms, one of which includes an en suite toilet. There’s a twin room accessed via the first double bedroom and then completing this level is a well-appointed bathroom with bath. On the second floor you’ll find a double bedroom, a bunk room, and a separate bathroom with shower. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for downtime, and the bunk room features an Xbox for the kids to enjoy. Outside, the enclosed courtyard holds a hot tub pride of place and offers a fabulous setting to indulge in some al fresco dining.
Located between Liverpool and Blackpool along the Sefon Coast, Southport boasts an extensive 22 mile coastline and is home to one of the oldest piers in the UK. Within a miles radius of the pier, visitors can enjoy an array of attractions, including Marine Lake where you’ll find water based activities, traditional amusements and a funfair, and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. Southport is renowned for its world-class golf courses, with seven championship golf courses including the Royal Birkdale as a prominent example. Shoppers will delight in exploring the famous Lord Street, which not only features an abundance of excellent shops but also offers numerous inviting bars, cafés, and restaurants.
Nature enthusiasts come to visit the Marshside RSPB Nature Reserve and Crosby beach is around a 30-minute drive where you’ll find the art installation ’Another Place’ by Antony Gormley. The National Trust’s Formby beach is around 20 minutes and is truly beautiful.
