Our fully renovated 1940s Cape Cod-style home is an oasis away from the city and located in beautiful Nassau Point, Cutchogue, North Fork. The four-bedroom home has 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with 2 twin beds) and a fully renovated bathroom including a tub and shower. On the first floor, you can find the primary bedroom (with Cali King) with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a cook's kitchen, a dining room with comfortable seating for 10, a private sun room with a large table/desk (if you need to work while away), and a powder room. The kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero appliances, 2 ovens including a steamer oven and separate convection oven, a wine/beverage fridge, a stovetop, a larger fridge, and a dishwasher.
The home is located on almost 2 private acres surrounded by giant oak trees to give you and your family a sense of calm, peace, and privacy, but still only a 10-minute walk to private beaches! The compound also includes an outdoor sauna that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably, an outdoor shower, a 60' lap pool, a fire pit for chilly nights, lounge chairs, and an ipe deck with plenty of space for yoga, ping pong or stargazing at night. The poolhouse includes 2 separate bedrooms (one room with a Cali king and one room with 2 bunk beds) with additional space in the loft area above the living room and a full bathroom that can also be accessed from the outside. The poolhouse also has a sink, double fridge, ice maker, and dishwasher for easy access to drinks and snacks whilst by the pool.
The private family home has just recently completed renovations in 2022 with all major focus on the details: including a well-light arts and crafts room for rainy days, a nod to the homeowner's background on the selected wallpapers from Brooklyn and UK, all bathroom fixtures from Waterworks, an eclectic boho living room that boasts art collected from their travels, and French oak floors throughout the house inviting a chill, beach vibe. Both the main house and poolhouse have central air conditioning (and heating.) While the primary bathroom and powder room in the main house has heated marble floors. This house was never intended to be a rental, but due to some extraordinary events, is available for one summer only!
