On a spectacular private canyon, your studio has its own entrance, full kitchen & bath, but the deck, & firepit are shared outdoor spaces with your host, Andrea. Indoor fireplace. Parking directly in front of Andrea's house. Stays of 30+ days avoid taxes. Not seeking work-from-home professionals. So, sorry, I'm unable to discount further.
The studio has its own entrance, kitchen, and bath. The Living/bedroom area is separated from the kitchen/bath with a lovely arch. You will access your front door through the home's driveway.
Brightly painted with Mexican tiles and an indoor fireplace. Large desk, dining area with a spectacular view. (Canyon is private and not open to the public) You'll have access to the home patios, and decks gas fire pit. Sorry, no pets. Andrea, your host, who lives in the main house, will take you on a tour of the private canyon. No pets, but musical instruments are okay. :)
Guests will access their front door through the homes driveway and have access to the Gas fire-pit, outdoor barbeque, upper and lower canyon decks.
I offer my guests social interactions and invite you to chat during your stay. And if you play a musical instrument, bring it, because I like to play guitar.

Yes, there is plenty of parking for your car, there are hills nearby, people rent or arrive by car.
The guesthouse's private door is accessed through the home's driveway. There are no stairs. Sorry there is no laundry on site, but I send guests to Mrs Bubbles, in nearby Pacific Beach.
You are welcome to use the home's patio and garden which are shared with your hostess, Andrea who lives alone in the main house without pets. You will have access to the courtyard fire pit, patio, and the private canyon trails. No vaping or pets, please ask before inviting a guest over. Good news, instruments and guitars are allowed.
