Every aspect of this very stylish home is set to impress, whether you’re taking in the panorama from the beautifully presented lounge or enjoying an alfresco breakfast on the sunny deck. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging us through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
Western Springs Stadium and the outer fields both feature concerts, but that’s just the start an activity-filled stay. Motat (Museum of Transport and Technology) is just 800 metres away and it’s only a short walk to the Zoo. Eden Park is 10 minutes in an Uber and Ponsonby Road’s practically limitless eating options are under 7 minutes.
Closer to home, try the great cafés in Westmere and Grey Lynn, or pop into Westmere Butchery for dinner at home courtesy of one of Auckland’s best butchers.

Do not leave any of the gates open to the property when coming and going.
Do not let the front pedestrian gate go as you leave or come in, so it crashes shut as it has a spring mechanism on it.

- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot-line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
