Luxurious family villa of 3229sqf recently renovated with taste and modernity offering a unique view of the lake , the mountains, and the old town of Annecy, known as the Venice of the Alps.
All the facilities (jacuzzi, pool, hammam, sauna, gym, billiard room, etc.) of the Villa have been designed to provide you with a prestigious and unique stay in the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux.

Detailed description of our villa rental Paradise in Annecy with swimming pool:
Court / Parking:
- 2/3 parking spaces are available in the Villa's courtyard, equipped with a charging station for electric cars and secured (4 additional spaces are available in front of the Villa for free).
- A bicycle shelter with 2 electric outlets
- Garage with 1 additional parking space
Main floor:
- Cinema room with a suitable sound system and all the applications of a smart TV
- 1 independent Japanese WC
- Living area with a second smart TV and fireplace
- Spacious dining room for 8 people with views of the lake, the mountains, and the city of Annecy
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven/steam oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender, crockery, utensils, etc.
Terrace:
- Outdoor dining area facing the lake , covered by a pergola (fully openable and closeable) - Outdoor fireplace with garden lounge furniture (wood is provided by the agency upon request )

Beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered guests. Towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls per WC...) are included, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can also provide a baby cot (travel type) and a high chair upon request free of charge.
