There is a 3rd bedroom, penthouse style with its own bar and terrace for privacy above the other bedrooms. The penthouse bedroom has views of the Caribbean sea and Cancun plus the sunsets. There are original paintings and sculptures throughout the Villa. On the last level is the observation deck which offers spectacular 360 degree views of the Bay of Cancun, the Caribbean Sea, and the magnificent tropical sun sets.
