The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 400 square meter single-family house with a separate entrance.
Since the house is embedded in the mountain, even from this apartment you have an incomparable view of the Mariental and can see the fraternity monument.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out sofa bed in the living room and a bed in the kitchen (which could be used by 1-2 children). The kitchen is large and spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, refrigerator and washing machine. A special highlight is the grotto adjacent to the kitchen, which was carved into the rock of the mountain. With its constant 12 degrees, it serves as a wine cellar.
In addition, a bathroom with shower belongs to the apartment.
Outside you can linger in the green (6 people). Children can use the trampoline.
