ネガティブ: Arrived after hours and encountered confusing instructions to retrieve key. There were two key codes. Staff responded to our call and we were able to retrieve the room key with her added instructions. Unfortunately, the key did not work for our room. Staff member then met us at the facility and swapped us to a different room.
