We are instilling a 'no-street-shoes in the house' policy. Each unit has its own individual outdoor entrance separated from the other three units of the building.

Our property is close to Downtown/Gaslamp, Convention Center, Petco Park, Little Italy, Old Town, Hillcrest (UCSD and Scripps Hospitals), and Kearny Mesa (Sharp Hospitals). Getting Around:
The apartment is close to public transportation such as the San Diego trolley and the Coaster train lines. For a more convenient way to get around, we recommend either renting a car or using ride-share services.

Please note this is a hillside property. The garden unit is two flights of stairs down the hillside.
No assigned parking. This is in a residential neighborhood, and street parking is usually available in this residential neighborhood.
The property is located in a residential neighborhood in central San Diego, with urban noise possible due to the central location.
Please Note: This property is located on a road undergoing construction from 9/4/24 to 12/31/2024, limiting garage(if applicable) and road access from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM M- Friday and Saturday 7am -3:30pm.
