Bedroom Two:
Fitted out with 1 single bed and a cot, this room features ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and wardrobe space. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the garage. There is space to park one car in the garage as well as two cars in the driveway, plus plenty of free street parking.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is approximately an 15-minute uphill walk to Main St at Buderim Mountain Primary School where bus services are available and operate to Alexandra Headlands, Sippy Downs & Maroochydore.
Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for 1 small dog upon application. When staying with a dog there is an additional fee of $50 per dog. Please reach out to us prior to booking with your pet to ensure you understand our pet rules. Please note the backyard is not fully fenced.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
