まとめ: I was pleasantly surprised! The property is not my usual newly renovated glass and stone contemporary rental requirement. But once we arrived, the location, vibe,beach proximity and the most spectacular ocean breeze and views won me over. The picturesque beach just a short walk away. But you do have to pay attention to the tides as it is a bit tricky to get over the rocks at high tide. It never got crowded. A quick 10 min walk on the beach got you to the busier public beach. It must be noted that the main living area is completely open with airflow trellis. There are huge glass doors front and back that we kept open for the ocean breeze. There is no AC other than in the bedrooms. But we never felt overly hot. The 3 BR all with ensuites all have AC. The walkway to the bedrooms is also open with decorative sliding trellis like shutters. The end result is a unique experience of being outside when you are inside. The birds that fly in takes some getting used to. The property is dated but it works. Pam the housekeeper was amazing. she kept the place tidy and helped us with the dishes and the laundry! it’s a quick walk to the big grocery store, beach front restaurants, lounges. Odel the property manager was amazing. Always quick to respond. He got us our pre-arrival groceries and dinner delivered for our arrival. VIP immigration fast track and airport transfers with Tyrone made arrival / departure a breeze. We can’t wait to comeback!We can’t wait to come back!
