The Haven is a sprawling well-appointed family home located only metres away from a patrolled and dog-friendly beach. Enjoy the tranquillity of the oceanside boardwalks, relax at the local restaurants or fire up the pizza oven for a memorable evening under the floodlit olive trees – all without jumping in the car. This home features six bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has oodles of space for the whole family.

Tucked behind a private and secure front fence you will find a majestic oasis of mature olive trees, manicured lawn and a traditional clay outdoor pizza oven all available for your exclusive enjoyment. The substantial proportions of this two-storey home greet you as you enter with light and modern furnishings and finishes.

The home features generous living areas downstairs with two separate lounge areas and a well-appointed entertainers kitchen overlooking the stunning north-facing saltwater pool. The kitchen features two ovens, an induction cooktop, a double-drawer dishwasher and a double-door fridge together with a microwave and coffee machine. The spacious dining area, open bar and family room flow seamlessly out onto the covered alfresco BBQ area. A powder room and shower can also be accessed from the pool area to make relaxing on a lazy summer day a breeze. The full-size laundry features a front-load washing machine and dryer. Each lounge has a TV where you can access Foxtel and Netflix* and unlimited high-speed internet is provided (*using your own login).

Upstairs you will find five expansive bedrooms, a family bathroom and a master ensuite. There is also a separate office area for working from home. A sixth bedroom is located on the ground level for those who find it difficult to navigate the stairs.

The Haven @ Bokarina Beach provides sleeping accommodation for up to 8 adults and 6 children and is ideal for 2-3 families to enjoy. We provide games, Lego for indoor play and a basketball hoop and soccer net for outdoor enjoyment together with beach toys and boogie boards.

If you can drag yourself away from your holiday oasis, you will find the popular Bocca restaurant, Wallace and Wood café, every child’s ‘dream‘ playground and a park with BBQs only a stroll away. Enjoy the sunshine at Bokarina’s stunning beach which is less than 200m from your front door. The patrolled beach is only a further 200m away and is patrolled during school holidays and weekends between September and April (if in doubt, check the BeachSafe website for details). Kawana Shoppingworld, cinemas and restaurants are all within a five to ten minute drive.

All high-quality bed linen, bath towels and pool / beach towels are also provided. A small starter pack of tea and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine is also supplied.

The house is pet friendly for small to medium-sized well-behaved outside pets at $35 per pet per night. Dog bowls are provided. The dog-friendly beach is only metres away and Fido will love the kilometres of ocean-side boardwalks that are accessible right outside the front door.

For families with babies and toddlers, a high chair and portacot can be arranged. Please enquire when booking.

Secure parking is available for two cars and two further cars can be accommodated in the driveway.

Unlimited high-speed fibre internet is provided with Wi-Fi coverage throughout the home and outdoors.

The home features a large air-conditioned open plan living, dining and bar area with small sofa and Smart TV with Foxtel and streaming apps (use your own login). The dining table is seated for 8. A high-chair can be provided upon request.

The living area opens out via bi-fold doors onto a covered alfresco area where there is a 2 burner gas BBQ and outdoor table that seats 8. The pool area is adjecent and is partly covered by a shade sail with an oversized lounger.

The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials and modern equipment, including two ovens and a warming drawer for those who like to entertain, induction cooktop, microwave, dual-drawer dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine.

The large air-conditioned lounge features a large sofa and 75” Samsung Smart TV with Foxtel and streaming apps (use your own login).
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer with direct access to the clothesline outside.

There is also a walk-in shower in the laundry and a separate toilet.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate working space upstairs.

** POLICIES **

The property is appointed for children and families. It is not suitable for larger groups of adults.

The property has a strict NO PARTY policy. This home is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to. A quiet drink and ambient music for guests staying at the home is acceptable; however, large gatherings and excessive noise and/or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. Please note all surrounding neighbours have the owner’s phone number and will advise if there is a party at the house.

Large gatherings are best suited to be hosted in the local park where there is an undercover BBQ area and outdoor playground.

If a party does occur at the house (the owner will visit the house to verify this), there may be an immediate eviction and complete loss of bond.

The property has a strict NO SMOKING policy for indoor areas.

Small to medium, well behaved pets only upon application – strictly outside pets only.

Any breaches of these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund.
