KITCHEN - This kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a full meal or a light beach snack. It is furnished to meet the needs of our guests staying for a vacation or those guests that are looking for a long-term stay.
The recently remodeled kitchen sparkles with stainless-steel appliances to include stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Small appliances include a dual coffee machine, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and crockpots. Kitchenware items include dinnerware for more than 12 guest, plastic and glass drinkware, plastic and glass wine glasses, thermal mugs, coffee mugs, beer glasses, koozies, cooking utensils, wine opener, cutlery, water pitcher, pots & pans, baking dishes, microwave dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, serving bowls, tropical party dishes, measuring cups & spoons, storage containers, and spices. The little ones have plastic dinnerware, divided dinnerware, plastic utensils and cups for their dining needs. We also include dish and dishwasher detergent, washing and drying towels, paper towels and garbage bags.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS - This two-bedroom beach condo sleeps up to 10 guests with 6 beds. The master bedroom's two cozy queen beds, with an abundance of pillows and blackout drapes, makes it easy to get a good night's sleep. A bedside table, with a reading lamp, separates the queen beds. There is plenty of storage with a large closet with hangers provided, dresser and storage benches and the end of each bed. The master suite also features a master bathroom with towels, toilet tissue, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the intracoastal waterway off of this master suite featuring a loveseat, two chairs and a coffee table.
The second bedroom houses a queen bed and a set of low-profile, twin bunk beds. This bedroom also has a reading lamp. There is plenty of storage in the closet, dresser and bunk bed storage area.
Both of these spacious bedrooms are furnished with Apple televisions, dresser, blackout window coverings, high quality linens and pillows, hangers, laundry baskets, floor fan, and a full-length mirror.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be found in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa. If you need just a little more sleeping space a twin air mattress is provided.
We didn't forget about the little ones, we provided a pack and play portable crib, fitted sheet, stroller, booster chair and highchair.
BATHROOMS - The two bathrooms offer spacious cabinet storage for your personal belongings. The private master bathroom features a beautiful, large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom gives you a chance to relax in a rich tiled tub/shower combination unit.
Each of the two bathrooms are equipped with a high-pressure shower head, tissue paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap, towels, wash clothes, and hair dryer.
HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES - The beach condo is stocked with trash bags, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, laundry pods and cleaning supplies.
CHILDREN ITEMS - Dinnerware, plastic sippy cups, plastic utensils, booster chair, highchair, stroller, portable crib, sun cover, swim vest, sand toys, indoor toys, books, baby monitor and outlet cover.
BEACH SUPPLIES - Beach days are made easy with our private beach closet located at the side of the building. We furnish our guests with beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, infant beach tent, sand blanket, beach towels, sand toys, beach buckets, sports balls, frisbee, and a child's swim vest.
EXTRAS - Other conveniences of this beautiful condo include free self-check-in with keyless entry, free Wi-Fi, 3 Roku equipped flat screen televisions, full washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, high-quality linens, extra pillows/blankets, A/C, ceiling fans in every room and floor fans in the bedrooms.
PARKING - An assigned parking space for one vehicle is provided for guests with an additional reserved parking space for extra guest parking.
