You are located right next to most open space attractions and quite a few closeby famous parks. All within easy walking distance.
NEW! HYGIENIC CLEANING PROTOCOL - Ana our fulltime employed cleaner [whom has been with us many years] pays special attention to hygienic cleaning, regular disposal of used cleaning materials and her own and others protective hygienic protocols. We have undergone substantial training in line with current requirements and suggestions by relevant authorities. You will find your own cleaning protocol at your booked accommodation.
Rent a whole TownHouse that can accommodate up to 36 guests, perfect for those larger families with teenage children, corporates, we even accommodate stag and hen parties! With a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, board games, poker and roulette tables and an arcade machine in the lobby there is plenty to keep you all entertained. There is a beautifully appointed and fully equipped large kitchen can seat 24.
All six floors are supplied with their own tv, kettles, toaster, microwave, fridge, hairdryers. WIFI (fibre). Professionally cleaned and supplied with quality hotel bed linen and towels.
Roof Terrace:
Enjoy views of the London skyline or take a dip in the secluded Hot Tub in the roof terrace.
One double bedroom, with two mezzanine levels (sleeps 6 total). Shower room with sink/wc.
Third floor:
Two quadruple studio bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 double fold out sofa bed (sleeps 8 total). Star and mood light system throughout. Jacuzzi bath and separate shower room with sink and w/c.
Second floor:
2 bedrooms. Double room with TV bed and further compact double bedroom. Separate lounge with 2 double fold out sofa beds/seating for 6 persons. Large bathroom including 4-seater indoor Jacuzzi with mood light and "his/hers" sink. (sleeps 8 total).
First Floor Lounge:
Large living room with 60-inch wall mounted flat screen HD SMART TV, Netflix, DVD library (200 legendary movies). Separated area with wall mounted double bed or 4 seater jacuzzi. 2 huge Italian sofa’s that fold out into 2 double beds. Separate Steam Shower room with sink w/c (sleeps 6 total).
Ground floor Lobby:
Secure video entry system, sofa seating, coat hanging area and retro Arcade coin-op with 800 Games.
Large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables for 16-20 persons plus breakfast bar. Kitchen can transform into family/friendly games room, board Games (Risk, Monopoly, children Monopoly, 52 Games set and much more), Poker WSOP chips, cards, professional poker table cover for 6-10 players. Professional Roulette set.
Dishwasher, DeLonghi espresso machine, Kenwood appliances, large industrial size oven, American fridge freezer, microwave (2), satellite TV, Spotify/Radio speaker, cutlery, china, champagne flutes, wine glasses ect.
Basement:
2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1; king size leather TV bed. Bedroom 2; king size leather TV bed. Lounge with 2 double fold out sofa beds and further seating for a total of 6 persons, 50-inch satellite TV, sound system etc.
Communal washing machine and dryer.
Check-in 3PM, Check-out 10AM. Early luggage drop off from 11AM and left luggage on check out from 10AM-1PM - subject to availability which will be confirmed on same day. Please let us know latest 24 hours beforehand so we can plan and schedule.
24/7 Self-check-in available, outside of standard hours personal check in (3pm-6pm) fee applies.
Extra guest fees, Please note, it is important that we know exact numbers of person staying if it is more then the standard of 16. We will not be held responsible for missing extra beds (which may need installation), sheets, pillows, towels and other amenities.
There is a £ 50 / person / night extra charge which applies from start to finish of the booking. This fee will be doubled if there are extra person communicated late i.e. upon arrival or during stay. We reserve the right to cancel the entire booking without refund should there be more person staying as per booking.

We dubbed our much-loved grand dame of buildings "Sophia's Love". Sophia was the "love" child of Giacomo Casanova and his childhood friend Teresa Imer (aka Teresa Cornely of Carlisle House, herself a famous and entrepreneurial Madame at the time). The link lies in the historic facts of Casanova's regular visits during Teresa’s Opera singing appearances at the Kings Theatre in Haymarket. We are parallel to the now called Haymarket Theatre and considered the only remaining residents house, within nearby area, dating back to these days...

Getting around

A £3000 holding deposit is taken from your payment card at check-in as our assurance against damage. Rest assured this will be promptly and fully returned to you within 48 hours of check-out, assuming deductions are not made from damage you have caused.
