Enjoy cozy comforts, a great location and plenty of space for everyone at Beaver Brae Lodge! With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms spread across this 3000 sq. ft. split-level home, there's room for up to 10 guests. There's parking for up to 4 cars, with two spaces protected from the elements in the enclosed garage.
On the main (upper) level, you'll gather to cook, dine and relax apres skiin our spacious, open-concept great room with big windows and gorgeous mountain views. Sink into our new, plush leather sofas for a movie, or enjoy a game on the pool table. Also on this level is the luxurious, shale style king-bedded primary suite with its own deck and firepit. Enjoy spacious master bathroom with two sinks and a jetted soaking tub, perfect after a day on the slopes or trails!
There are 3 more bedrooms on the ground level, furnished with queen-size beds, plus a large shared bathroom and bonus room.
LOCATION
Beaver Brae Lodge is the perfectperch for outdoors enthusiasts who love to ski, mountain bike and hike as there are miles of trails nearby.
It is located in the famous Christmas Valley area of South Lake Tahoe. This neighborhood is famous for getting more snow than other areas of South Lake. This is where most locals prefer to live because it is off the beaten path.
It’s about 25 minutes to Stateline and 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe. Kirkwood is 40 mins away and Sierra at Tahoe is 15 mins away. It’s about 25 minutes to Heavenly.
The nearest grocery store is Holiday Market, about 7 minutes away in the lovely little community of Meyers. Meyers boasts restaurants, Tahoe Tubing, golfing, Lake Baron and more!

2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
