The Space:

High raked ceilings add to the feeling of open space and maximise the gorgeous views from the expansive undercover balcony all the way to the kitchen. A huge curved island is a most welcoming focal point, comfortably seating four bar stools while offering plenty of bench space. The cooking space is complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee machine. A timber dining suite seats eight, while ample lounges offer the ideal place to unwind. From here you’ll also find easy access to the backyard with a second entertaining space under the protection of a pitched roof pergola with ceiling fan and fairy lights.
Three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to six, with a spacious master suite enjoying a queen bed, TV, walk-in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity plus direct access to the large covered patio.
