The Space:
Step inside and soak in the natural light and breezy open-plan design with ducted air-conditioning throughout. The ground floor invites you into a sun-drenched living area with a plush chaise lounge and smart TV, a stylish dining space for six, and a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and everything you need to feel at home. You'll also find a powder room, laundry, and a cosy chill-out nook with books and games, double garage and a cosy outdoor area. Slide open the glass doors and step outside to your private alfresco area—complete with a gas BBQ, dining setting, and your own plunge pool surrounded by tropical vibes. Perfect for sunny afternoons or evening drinks. Upstairs, a second lounge area with a sofa and smart TV offers more room to spread out and relax. In total, the home can sleep up to eight people.

Bokarina is also well-served with local cafes, shops, and restaurants, where you can enjoy a laid-back breakfast or grab a coffee to go before heading to the beach. If you’re in the mood for a night out, the nearby town of Kawana Waters offers a range of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining, as well as a cinema and other entertainment. The nearest patrolled beach is Kawana Beach and Surf Club, just a 6-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 300m minute walk to Nicklin Way where the bus can be caught northbound and southbound.
