Nestled on flat land in front of a landscaped hill and protected from the prevailing wind, the four self-contained boatshed bungalowsenjoy stunning views over the ever-changing seascape of Putiki Bay. Northeast facing, sunny, and tranquil, the water's edge is just beyond the door as well as communal facilities for all of our guests to enjoy.
About our Boatsheds
Each purpose-builtwooden boatshed is fully self-contained and includesa small private wooden deck withoutdoor furniture. The boatshed interiors are white, bright and stylish with painted concrete floors, wooden joinery and French doors, a kitchenette, wardrobe, French café style folding tables and chairs and a comfy queen size bed. Each ensuite bathroom has tiled walls, shower, hand basin, wall cabinet and toilet. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. There is one designated parking space per boatshed.
Accessibility
Boatshed #1 is wheelchair accessiblevia the sealed drivewayand features accessibility fittings in the bathroom. As our only wheelchair accessible unit, please contact us to check availability for your stay as we may be able to accommodate you around other guests.
Due to the close proximityof the four boatsheds to our other guests, we do not allow children in boatshed bungalowbookings. Please view our Starfish Apartment if considering bringing children.
