Summary:
This Beach House is situated in a quiet street just a 500 metre walk via an easement and track through wooded dunes to the beautiful Bokarina beach. Dogs can be walked off-leash by turning north towards Point Cartwright, and the patrolled Bok Beach is nearby to the south. Guests will find all they need to enjoy a day at the beach with a Cabana and beach trolley included. Want to relax at home instead? Take a dip in the sparkling pool. Close by to shops, cafes, restaurants and so much more!
The Space:
Decorated with a coastal aesthetic, this beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 7 guests.
Fully air conditioned throughout.
The recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen and dining area has a Bosch pyrolytic oven, induction cooktop, two door fridge, dishwasher and pantry, and is fully equipped with smaller appliances.
Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc.
Guests will find a selection of books and games in the reading nook here. The island bench has four bar stools, and there is an extendable bleached-wood dining table. This room looks out over the pool and outdoor dining area, and it features a large seaside artwork by Anne Mathers. Air conditioning is also a feature in this home.
The lounge area has generous seating with two Nick Scali lounges, two bean bags for kids. It has a smart TV and DVD, and access to the outdoor garden. The lounge features coastal prints of the nearby Bok Beach entrances by Raelene Hall.
The configuration of bedroom and bathroom is as follows:
Master bedroom- a retreat with a Queen size bed and its own bay window looking onto an inner courtyard. This room includes an ensuite, overhead fan, and walk-in wardrobe. It also features coastal Indigenous artworks.
Bedroom 2 - features a Queen-size bed and ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe with sliding-door access to an outside seating area, looking onto the pool and garden.
Bedroom 3- has two King Single beds and one trundle bed, a built-in wardrobe and overhead fan.

The second bathroom is located adjacent to Bedrooms 2 and 3, it has a shower cubicle, claw-foot bath and vanity. The second toilet is adjacent.
Newly renovated laundry features over and under bench storage, a top loading washing machine, sink, dryer, and Dyson vacuum cleaner and well-equipped broom and ironing cupboard.
All linen is included- hotel standard and professionally laundered.
Outside- The alfresco entertaining area has a large Weber hooded BBQ and extendable outdoor dining table, adjacent to the in-ground pool. The back gate opens into a small, wooded park with a kid's playground, and two blocks away is Bokarina Park and playground with BBQ facilities, a good Italian restaurant, and a nice ice cream/coffee shop opposite. A secluded, fenced garden is divided into front and back, and offers a secure place for children and dogs.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. Secure parking for two cars on the driveway behind the electric gate and on the street in front of the house. Please note the garage is not accessible.
The Neighborhood:
From Jasmin Circle there are wonderful coastal bicycle/walking tracks heading north to Port Cartwright and beyond, and South as far as Golden Beach in Caloundra. There are alsos bike/walking pathways around the nearby canals.
Kids love the playgrounds, skateparks, and coastal bike tracks as well as nearby attractions such as Sea Life at Mooloolaba, Lake Curriimundi, and the patrolled Bocca Beach.
A shopping centre and hospital are a 5 minute drive in Birtinya, and the large Kawana shopping/Cinema centre is 10 minutes drive away. Bokarina is ideally situated to access all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
