Located in the quiet neighborhood of Shore Acres, This 3,000 sf home is located directly across the street from Narragansett Bay and a short walk to the neighborhood beach! Have a small boat or kayak? Launch it at the neighborhood boat ramp. Enjoy full views of the bay and Fishing Cove from almost every room in the house. This beautiful, central air conditioning, 2 story, 3/4 bedroom, 3 bath home is tastefully decorated and provides comfortable furnishings. The first floor has an oversized kitchen and living room. The first floor bedroom (2 twin beds) has access to the first floor full bath. The second level of the house has 2 bedrooms, another living room with a wet bar and walkout access to the water view porch. There is also a private water view office and upstairs mud room. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath with a shower, jacuzzi tub and sink. The third bedroom has a full size bed and has a daybed outside of the bedroom with a kitchenette, sitting area and a separate staircase. The 3rd bedroom is often used as an au pair suite for extended families or young adults that want a little privacy.
There is an outside shower and a private outside patio for dining & grilling and a fire pit for cooler nights.
