Our newly built 2 bedroom apartment with impeccable interior design, will suit your every needs. Whatever your reason for visiting this fair city, we are certain you will love our home away from home.
The Space:
Our newly built apartment has one master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and built-in robes. A private balcony awaits to sit and wile away the hours with your favourite beverage. The second bedroom two single beds and wardrobe. There is a large main bathroom with washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a generous and well appointed open plan living, dining and kitchen including a good sized smart TV. The apartment complex is very secure, with pass access and CCTV. A secure undercover 24/7 car park is available exclusively for your use.

Guest Access:
You have complete access to the entire apartment with private entry and secure dedicated parking.
The Neighborhood:
Being so close to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, why not use this as your home away from home while taking in a concert or two. Don't forget to pop into The Gov, a vibrant pub that offers live bands too.
With walking distance to Plant 4, with it's funky eateries, there's plenty of choice for a special meal, or just something on the go.
This apartment is accessible by the free tram to Adelaide central, passing by the new Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide oval and the Casino. The tram then travels to Adelaide Central market, passing the mecca of shopping in Adelaide - Rundle Mall.
Getting Around:
Our apartment is on the Western side of the city, and is approximately 10 minutes to the heart of the city on the free Tram. Bowden is a vibrant area featuring funky restaurants in and around Plant 4 Markets.
Other Things to Note:
We have a highchair and travel cot available upon request - please mention this at time of booking.
Loss of keys/fob/remote will incur a $100 fee for replacement
Please note we require a copy of your drivers licence or passport upon booking.
The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests.
A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned.
