This beautiful, contemporary light filled 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home was built in Dec 2023. It is situated in the blue chip location of McCracken, just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beaches of Hayborough, McCracken Country Club golf course, and so close to Victor Harbor and Pt Elliot.
Upstairs features an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with a big timber deck to the front to maximise the beautiful views of Granite Island and Victor Harbor Bay. The kitchen features dishwasher and microwave and has an island bench with a breakfast bar. There is a main bedroom suite with master bedroom (with Kind bed), ensuite and walk in robe. There are two big screen TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs), WiFi and Netflix.
Downstairs there is a rumpus room (with sofa bed) and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom plus separate laundry (with washing machine). A double garage makes parking for the cars or boat super easy and safe. There is also a pool table and table tennis table.
All new appliances and furniture throughout. See photos for examples of the type of furniture and styling. There is split system reverse cycle air conditioners both upstairs and downstairs. The photos will be updated as soon as the property is finished (Dec 2023).
The bedding configuration is as follows (sleeps 8):
Bedroom 1: King – sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: Queen – sleeps 2
Bedroom 3: Queen – sleeps 2
Rumpus Room: Sofa bed – sleeps 2
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. The property has new fencing to a height of 1.8M at its lowest point. Hayborough Beach is just 500 metres away and is dog-friendly.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $16 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $32 for 1 night.
