Brisa at Bok is a modern and spacious home situated 500m to Bokarina Beach. Thoughtfully laid out and beautifully styled, the space creates a relaxed and tranquil feel, perfect for a beachside getaway. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens out to the stunning outdoor entertaining area. Here you can enjoy the pool, multiple lounges, BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Downstairs you will also find a queen bedroom with large ensuite, additional powder room, media room, and large study nook before heading upstairs. The top floor consists of the master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe and ensuite, bathroom with separate toilet, 2 x queen bedrooms and a twin room with 2 single beds + 2 trundle beds. It’s the perfect place to host multiple families or large groups looking for a getaway close to the beach as Bokarina Beach is a short, flat 500m walk away. Other places of interest: Bocca Italian: 450m walk Coles: 2km/5min drive Kawana Shopping world: 10min drive Sunshine Coast University Hospital: 2km/5min Sunshine Coast Airport: 20min drive Brisbane CBD: approx 1 hr drive Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay. Bokarina is a beautiful beachside suburb on the Sunshine Coast. It has beach access, parks and walkways and is close to shops. The Sunshine Coast is best accessed with a car. Brisa at Bok has a garage available for guests and there is free on street parking. There are public transport options available. The closets bus stop is approx 500m away on Nicklin Way.
