The newly built holiday home (2022) is located in the Quetzin district, approx. 300 m away from Lake Plauer. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach, which has, among other things, a children's playground. Start your excursions from here, such as a bike tour around Lake Plauer, or simply use your vacation time to relax and unwind. Cycling and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The bungalow-style holiday home is equipped to a very high standard, has a bright and friendly design and, with a size of 120 square meters, offers space for 5 people. The house is very modern and has, among other things, digital television with a flat screen, fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. All windows are equipped with electric external blinds and fly screens, including the patio door. There is a large south-west facing terrace on the house.
