This relaxing retreat is just a half a mile walk to Great Hollow Beach where the sunsets are breathtaking and a 10-minute drive to historic Provincetown. Truro Vineyard is just one mile away. The cottage is freestanding and features three bedrooms and one bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom one is equipped with a queen bed. Bedroom two features a full-sized bed and bedroom three features two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A mini-split A/C and heating unit allows you to keep the cottage to your desired temperature. The back patio features a bistro set and new weber grill. The front deck has a new patio set with an umbrella for shade and seating for 6 people. The front deck also overlooks the common area complete with a tennis and Pickleball court, play area, basketball hoop, and corn-hole boards. Unlike many units that you will find on the Cape, this cottage includes a full-sized washer and dryer and is equipped with linens.
