Kadikoy is a lively district with a variety of things to offer - from countless modern cafes, through local and international restaurants, art galleries, and bazaars full of spices and souvenirs, to big shopping centers with domestic and international brands. Kadikoy is Istanbul’s Asian hub with bus and ferry terminals, so there is always plenty going on. It lies along the coastline, with a wide promenade from which you can watch ferries departing to the European side of the city and Princes’ Islands (Adalar). Although distant, Sultanahmet with Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque can be seen from Kadikoy’s shore.
-Our house is also suitable for long-term rentals of 100 days or more. By signing a rental agreement, you can move into your new home on the same day with just your suitcase, without paying any real estate agent or moving expenses.
