## Space
This modern one-bedroom is situated in the popular suburb Amoreira which is a short drive to the town of Portimão where you have the busy centre area where you have plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.
On entering the property, you walk down a few steps into the large open plan lounge and dining area which then leads onto the terrace where you have table and chairs to enjoy the sun. The kitchen which is great for cooking some of the local fresh produce that is available from many of the local markets across the Algarve.
The bedroom has a double bed and the sofa in the livingroom can be transformed to another bed for 1 or 2 kids.

## Neighborhood
The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for buying souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.
If you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.
You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia. There are also two water parks around a 30-minute drive from the house.
If you want to relax or have an adventure, then Portimão is a great place to stay.
## Transit
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
