This large, pet friendly home will provide an Amazing space for your Vacation Destination. Located at the East end of the Village, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a Beautiful and well stocked kitchen open to the Spacious Living area, including the Dining room and a Breakfast Nook.
In the Living Area, there are two Electric Recliners, Comfortable Couches and a Large Roku TV. From here, walk out to the back patio where you'll find a Porch Swing, and Comfortable Chairs to enjoy the fresh air. On the main level, the Master offers a Rize Adjustable King Sized Bed, a Recliner and a large Roku TV. The Master en suite include a large walk in shower, a beautiful soaking tub, double sinks and a private commode. In the Second Bedroom, there is a Queen Size bed and a large TV. The Third bedroom offers a Queen Size Bed. Upstairs, find a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and a game or laptop table. There is an oversized garage, fenced in area in the back yard for small pets, and a covered patio to enjoy your outside seating.
Close to Lake Maria, this area is perfect to take walks, paddleboard, fish, canoe, or kayak. There are equipment Rentals available in the Village, or bring your own!
Please be sure to note the gate times for the Village, as this home is closest to the East Gate, which closes at 10pm.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are permitted
NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.
Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
