ABOUT THIS SPACE
Location to die for! Two story Newly Renovated home from top to bottom. This house has never been on the rental market before. We can only occupy a few weeks per year and thought we could share the experience with others. New furnishings throughout. Super quiet dead end street. Amazing light that comes through the skylights. Gaze at the twinkling stars on the deck or in the backyard next to the firepit while the kids are making smores and navigating their way thru the high seas on the pirate ship. Two gas fireplaces with driftwood mantels. Nautical rope wrapped spiral staircase. Sunroom and outdoor shower. Fully accommodated kitchen with all new appliances, and pack light with a washer/dryer for your clean clothing needs. Large screen TV, wetbar and coffee bar are waiting for you to settle in.
There are 2 queen size beds, queen sofa pull out and a daybed with a trundle. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy the two full newly renovated bathrooms. No tub
LOCATION
Only a few minute walk to the beach, coffee shop, deli, bakery, restaurant, cigar bar, fresh seafood store, produce stand, ice cream shop and souvenir store.
BEACH ACCESS
The Charlestown Beach views are incredible for sunrise and sunset. Beach Access is just a surf away.

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard with that short walk to the beach.
