Charming 1 bedroom duplex, fully equipped and extremely well located, in the center of Paris, a few steps from the famous Rue de Rivoli, the Marais, the Beaubourg Center, and the banks of the Seine. You are surrounded by traders, cafes and trendy restaurants. Pleasant, cozy, warm, and tastefully decorated, my apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian stay alone or as a couple.
The Space:

- 1 living space with a dining area (high table and chairs for 2 people) a small living room side and 1 open equipped kitchen (fridge, 2-burner hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and utensils of the kitchen)
- 1 complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and cupboards
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
