This charming casita - features a beautiful, spacious backyard which is easily accessible through the private side walkway and the great room. Here you can dine al fresco under the umbrella, or relax and recharge in a comfortable shaded seating nook between your various adventures. A barbecue grill makes meal making easy when it needs to be.
This home has a large great room featuring a living room area with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. Sliders to the outside front yard let you experience easy inside/outside living.
There is also an inside dining table that seats 4, which is right next to a beautiful modern kitchen. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Parking notes: Parking is on the street and you need to ensure you are NOT blocking anyone's driveway.
There is a ticket maid who will comes around, so please be respectful of the neighbors and the parking laws. The street parking is shared with neighbors. There is additional parking on the side streets a block away from this home. Sunday is trash day - please do not block neighbors ability to put their trash cans out.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
