The space
Located in a quiet location, perfect for families, our house offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pretty garden and a swimming pool and deck.

The living room is spacious and comfortable enough to relax in with family and friends. With a great selection of books and games, you'll have everything you need!

The kitchen, fully equipped, is perfect for preparing delicious meals and when it’s time to eat, you can choose between the indoor dining room or the outdoor terrace which overlooks the garden and the swimming pool.

Our house has three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and lots of space to relax and rest:
- one of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
- another has twin beds, a mezzanine and a play area for children,
- the last one has a double bed with a TV and sofa.

The following equipment will be at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Wifi, Fan, Fireplace, Barbecue, Plancha. The little extras: board games, children’s toys, cot and potty. A professional clean is carried out before and after each traveller.

But one of the biggest pluses of our property is the pretty garden and the swimming pool, which offer the perfect oasis in which to relax and unwind after a day in the mountains.
You will particularly appreciate our family home for:
- its luminosity (thanks to its large volumes and skylights);
- its decks which are sheltered and equipped;
- its large garden with private swimming pool - where you can relax and unwind in peace and outdoors!

Its location is a real advantage:
- near shops and bars, a natural climbing wall, and wonderful forest walks;
- close to bus line 15 which goes to the hypercentre of Annecy;
- close to a tree-top adventure course (10 minutes by car), Lake Annecy and the Semnoz resort for hikes or summer tobogganing.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to see the sights that make Annecy so popular, including:
- the castle museum of Annecy and the Palais de I'Île (8 minutes by car);
- the Animation Museum (7 minutes away);
- the Pont des Amours and the Jardins de l'Europe (9 minutes away); and many others...

If you're a cat lover, you'll be happy to know that our feline friend "Moon" is free to come and go as she pleases, adding an extra touch of charm and personality to our home.

## Emplacement
Annecy is a city in the Alps located in the south-east of France. Its lake with blue-green waters and its canals that run through the old town have given it the nickname of “Venice of the Alps“. Renowned worldwide for its tourist appeal, the quality of life and its surrounding mountains, Annecy is today a tourist town which has managed to preserve its charm and authenticity to the delight of holidaymakers and which, at the same time, is active and dynamic all year round.

We are ideally located, very close to the old town and the shopping streets, but in a small hamlet with no traffic. There is a departure for a mountain walk 2 minutes from the house. The house is also very close to the mountains and Lake Annecy, making it an ideal holiday destination for families. A bus stop for the city center is down the road.
