Come and relax in this magnificent and elegant studio located near the Monegasque border. Renovated with taste and beautiful materials, this pretty studio of 25 m2 can accommodate 2 people. You will be well installed and comfortably with quality furniture and air conditioning. In hot periods you will have access to the swimming pool of the building. You will be able to be to the open tennis in 10minutes by foot and to the Grimaldi Forum in 16 minutes (see description)

There are no parking spaces with the apartment but a paid public car park in the immediate vicinity as well as paid parking spaces in the surrounding area. The owner leaves a blue disc for the blue parking spaces that are near the apartment. This disc allows free parking in these places when they are available. Do not forget to leave the disc in the apartment when you leave.
