Just beyond, a second living room offers a more relaxed setting with a comfortable couch and TV, creating the ideal space for movie nights or winding down after a full day out.
The indoor living space opens directly to a spacious backyard designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Enjoy outdoor dining on warm San Diego evenings, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the firepit for drinks and conversation. The home offers four well-appointed bedrooms with a flexible layout for groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed and connects to an additional room through a barn door, where you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for families or extra guests. These rooms share a full bathroom. Another bedroom includes a king bed and opens to a sunroom equipped with yoga mats and light weights, perfect for stretching or a quiet workout.
