This year-round condo is beautifully situated near the 8th Green, just outside of the Sebasco Harbor Resort. Their amenities are accessible for our renters. The condo is also just minutes away from the beautiful ocean, harbor, and stunning beaches ! As you enter the condo, it offers an open concept floor plan, with the dining area and living area, along with the horseshoe-shaped kitchen equipped with appliances and fully stocked. There is a private three season deck in the back~, attached to the living room--one step on the deck, and you will smell the salt in the air, inviting you to the nearby beaches, and Resort Dining ! Off Course Condo offers Two bedrooms, perfect for 4 people -- one with a king bed, the other with two single beds, 2 full baths, also including a full-sized washer and dryer. You will enjoy a closed in sun deck from the master bedroom, which leads to the outdoor back deck. A perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails !
While staying here, you can choose to have access to all the amenities of Sebasco Harbor, which could include guest rates for golf, tennis, health club, boat trips, kayaking , dining, saltwater pool, boating, as well as seasonal activities , all offered by the Resort for an additional weekly fee available for renters of this condo. Check with Sebasco Harbor Resort for details, as their rates and availability may change each year, and can also change without notification.
This location is also in close proximity to Bath, Wiscasset, Boothbay, Popham Beach, the historical forts, Reid State Park, Totman's Cove, Head Beach, and other surrounding enjoyable spots.
