ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
As you enter Condo On Caples through the front door, you will step up into the delightfully spacious open plan living area complete with designer lounge suite, and furniture providing a stunning centre point for spending time with your family or entertaining with friends.
Condo On Caples maximises appeal with incredible eye-catching bespoke windows that will lure you to the lake instantly showcasing the vistas of Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountain ranges.
In the summer months open all the sliding doors to wonderful indoor/outdoor flow – perfect for that summer BBQ. Moving into the cooler months, use one of the many heating sources from the large gas fire for ambience, multiple heat pumps, hot tub with incredible views of the lake, as well as the outdoor fireplace and BBQ for those keen to showcase their chef skills!
For your convenience, new quality appliances have recently been installed throughout the house that include the hot tub, media system, and beds resulting in a great mix of contemporary and alpine luxe from start to finish.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, super warm, and with built-in wardrobes.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows:

GARAGE AND EXTRAS:
Parking and storage is all in one – the home has a garage with internal access and ski storage for you to dry your ski gear. No hassle of carting it in from the street! The apartment’s hillside position means it’s a downhill, 20+minute walk to downtown or short cab ride (or brisk uphill walk depending on your activity levels)
RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 6 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Bond $500
A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

- For reservations that are outside of 14 days to arrival will only require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival.

- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
