The Space:
Take time to slow down and relax poolside at this cool and contemporary Cape-style home with an impressive outdoor living space. Great for entertaining, the private backyard includes a gazebo, fire fit, outdoor gas grill and an expansive deck with two seating areas ideal for cocktails and conversation.
Just as impressive as the outdoor living space is the home’s interior. There are plenty of common spaces to enjoy with friends and family. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living area has a great flow, where guests can enjoy different activities together in the same space. The living room has abundant seating and a large, wall-mounted smart TV for movie night and a table set in the corner perfect for puzzle-building or a fun and competitive family game night. For a quick bite to eat, guests can sit at the granite-topped kitchen island or enjoy a more formal meal at the dining table set for eight that’s adjacent to the kitchen.
Sleeping accommodations can be found on the first and second floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a pair of twin beds and another with a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the private master suite with a king bed, full bathroom and an office for any remote work that needs to be done. Off the living room is a loft game room with 2 twin beds, plus a TV and lots of puzzles, crafts and games, including corn hole and an oversized Jenga set. Not only does this home sleep up to eight people, your furry, four-legged friend is also welcome!
