Parking: Please note that parking is only available on first come first serve basis. There are a number of visitor parking spots in the garage and in most cases there is a free spot but we do not have dedicated parking for the apartment.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
