Parking for two cars in the driveway. A cozy fire pit in the back yard and a BBQ to cook your favourite meals. Access to Deanlea Beach and Bluewater Beach are only a couple minutes walk from the cabin! A shed full of land and water toys (sand toys, inflatables, life jackets and croquet) to enjoy as well!
Kitchen
Start your day with a peaceful cup of coffee in our bright covered sunroom or out on the deck. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools.
Living Room
The room is filled with an abundance of natural light and is artfully decorated in a Group of Seven theme. Sink into the cozy blue couch and enjoy a movie night featuring a selection of DVD's. Step out onto the walk-out deck and continue to take in the stunning scenery.
Board games and books are available in the sunroom.
Bedrooms
Stay in one of our 2 comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, and the other 1 bedroom has double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with clothing storage, reading lamps and a portable fan. There are also two window A/C units that can be moved to different parts of the cottage. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towel!
Bathroom
Stay refreshed in our clean and functional bathroom. Featuring a bathtub/shower combination, toilet and sink.
*Please note: This unit is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It is not suitable for large parties and is ideal for families and couples. Please ensure the volume is always kept at a reasonable level and turned down by 10 pm, specifically if you have music playing outside. Our cabin offers a functional and rustic experience for those seeking a simpler getaway.

Only a 5 minute walk to either Deanlea Beach or Bluewater Beach. Both beaches boast stunning views, large sandy beaches and beautiful shallow entry water. Bring your water toys and beach essentials and spend your days feeling like you are vacationing on a tropical island!

Occasionally, the property managers may be on the property for lawn maintenance, and to take the garbage to the curb on Sunday evenings.

Nestled in a peaceful and quiet residential neighbourhood, our cabin provides the perfect retreat for families and couples seeking a relaxing getaway. The neighbourhood is not suited for parties, and we kindly ask our guests to keep the volume to a reasonable level by 10 pm to respect the peace and tranquillity of the area. Enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and make lasting memories with your loved ones.

The cabin is located in Tiny Township which is a 20-30 minute drive from Midland and Penetanguishene.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am daily.
One dog is permitted provided guests agree to our pet policy and register the dog upon booking. Please contact us for more information.
The cottage operates on a holding tank and well system. Please consider the environment and use eco-friendly products as much as possible. The water is not potable. We provide a water dispenser and one jug of water per stay. Guests will need to bring any extra water they may need.
There is a fire pit outside for guests to use. Guests need to provide their own firewood.
The indoor fireplace is sealed shut and is not useable. Please do not attempt to light a fire inside!
The bbq is propane operated. We have two propane tanks available. If one is empty please contact us to refill it.
In compliance with the Tiny Township short-term rental by-law, all renters must sign the short-term rental accommodation code of conduct form as issued by Tiny Township. This document will be sent to you after you've booked. Minimum stay of 6 nights from April 15- October 15. Please contact us to discuss availability.
One pet is permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.
Our pet policy is as follows:
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to excessively bark or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.
Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
