Apartment decorated with lots of character and ideally located in the heart of Lyon. The apartment is on the sixth floor (with elevator) of a beautiful building next to the train station Perrache and Confluence neighborhood and the banks of the Saone and the Rhone, ideal to discover the city of light.
Housing
This apartment, fully equipped, can accommodate up to 4 people (a room with a double bed, and a double sofa bed and very comfortable).
You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited internet, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen and a coffee machine.

Other remarks
The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries, and coffee upon arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys. I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.
